Northern Ireland’s first research and innovation strategy for allied health professionals (AHPs) was launched by the Department of Health. It was developed as a collective national reference statement to support the allied health professions research and innovation agenda. It’s strategic aims, objectives and vision statements are directly relevant to all AHPs (including practitioners, researchers and educators), as well as those who commission, fund, manage and support research and AHP services.
