Oxfordshire

Welcome to the CAHPR Oxfordshire Hub and CAHPR Central Consortium.

CAHPR Oxfordshire is led by a committed team of AHPs from across the region. Our consortium is dedicated to building a strong network of contacts, links, and resources to support the AHP workforce in their research endeavors across Oxfordshire, Kent and Medway and its neighbouring counties. We are committed to advancing AHP research, nurturing clinical academic AHPs, and providing comprehensive support to aspiring AHP researchers throughout the region.

Our goal is to strengthen the evidence of our professions’ value and impact, thereby enhancing care for service users and communities. By empowering AHPs to develop their engagement in research, we aim to to cultivate robust AHP research activities and outcomes that integrate research findings into practice and education throughout the region.

As well as monthly bulletins that share relevant research opportunities, we are committed to running three research events each year, including our hugely popular annual conference. As well as this, we offer competitve funding awards for AHPs to attend conferences and support research related activities.
